cubicle (n.) [C] 小隔間

gossip/visit from door to door (ph.) 串門子
Those meddling women are always gossiping from door to door.
那些三姑六婆總是到處串門子。
註:用gossip比較有嘰嘰喳喳的感覺。

make a scene (ph.) 當眾大吵大鬧
The couple next door is making a scene on the street.
住在隔壁的那對夫婦(情侶)正在街上大吵大鬧。
1couple可翻作夫婦,也可翻作情侶。
2The couple is making a scene on the street.只有一對夫婦或情侶,也就是人數只有兩人。The couples are making a scene on the street.則最少有兩對夫婦或情侶,也就是人數最少有四人。
